We love doing exercises and sports indoors especially in country clubs or fitness center. The reason is because we find doing outdoor exercises dangerous to our health especially during certain time of the month.
I know we may sound extreme. It is not like as if we do not do any outdoor sports. Of course we do, but we make sure we choose good timings and venue to do it.
The purpose of this blog is to make people aware of fitness and health, and also advising them the pros and cons of doing sports indoors and outdoors. In summary, no exercise is bad. It is just the venue and timing that decides whether or not executing that particular exercise is beneficial to our overall health.
